Our school’s philosophy is centered on learning through play, with emphasis placed on developing a child’s social and emotional skills through a combination of structured and unstructured activities. At RPCNS, a teacher works with the parent of her students, who perform the tasks of a teacher assistant, on a regularly scheduled basis, as well as implementing a stimulating curricula and related activities.

 

A qualified applicant must have a B.A. or B.S. in Early Childhood Education or an undergraduate degree plus the 90 Hour Early Childhood Education certification, and meet Office of Child Care requirements by the start of school year. Experience in a cooperative nursery school is preferred.
