($300 Installment plus 9 payments of $251)

3 Year Old Program (Mon/Wed/Fri 9:45 – 12:30)

Total Tuition: $3,442

($400 Installment plus 9 payments of $338)

3 Year Old Optional Enrichment Day (Tuesdays 9:45 – 12:30)

          $145 per month

4 Year Old/Pre-K Program (Mon-Fri 9:45 – 12:30)

Total Tuition: $4,415

($500 Installment plus 9 payments of $435)

One-time Activity Fee: $200   Clean Up Deposit: $90

                                                

Stay and Play Aftercare Program (Daily from dismissal – 3pm)

         $150/week for 5 days a week

         $120/week for 4 days a week

         $90/week for 3 days a week

         $60/week for 2 days a week

         $35 for 1 day a week or drop-in (with 24 hrs. notice)

Lunch Option  (Daily from dismissal - 1:45 pm)

         $15 per afternoon

        

Before Care (Daily, 9-9:45) 

         $10 per morning

                      

  • The RPCNS school year runs from September through June, and generally follows the MCPS calendar.

  • The total annual tuition is divided into 10 payments.  The 1st Tuition Installment payment is due two weeks after receipt of your acceptance letter or May 1st. The Installment payment holds your child’s place at the school and is applied to the total annual tuition.

  • The remaining balance may be paid in one lump sum by August 1st, or paid monthly, August through April, and is due on the first of the month. 

  • The Activity Fee covers the cost of the supplies used by your child daily (such as the paint, glitter, glue, feathers, etc.), to keep emergency supplies stocked, as well as the cost of the field trips over the course of the school year. It is paid at the fall training days.  

  • The Clean-Up Deposit, which is due with the October tuition, is $90 per family and is refundable to you in June after you have attended three workdays (one Set-Up day in August, one Saturday workday over the course of the year, and one Pack-Up day at the end of the school year).    

  • Each co-oper must be fingerprinted. The finger printing fee (paid to the Agency performing the fingerprinting/background checks) is about $60, paid before the start of the school.
